Hi! This is Chenxu Li, you can also call me Cathy!
My interests lies in graphic design, user experience design and creative coding, and I’m also learning to design playful experiences in AR/VR.
My inspirations and motivations always come from reading poems. As written by Robert Frost, “Poetry begins in delight, and ends in wisdom.” By using poetic techniques such as symbolism, metaphor, and imagery, I seek to create designs that are rich in meaning and that invite viewers to engage on a deeper level. I am interested in exploring the emotional and psychological impact of technology on human experience, and in creating works that encourage us to question our assumptions and beliefs about the role of technology in our lives.
I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree in Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Before my journey at NYU, I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design and a minor in Data Visualization from Parsons School of Design.
